Author: Denise and Ross Weale
Published: Front Burner Publishing (1995)
This book is a series of 100 recipes for low fibre, non
dairy meals. The pages are ring bound so it sits flat on the
bench beside the stove and you won't lose your page when you
fingers are covered with cooking 'stuff'. It is a small book
and the text is quite small so have your reading glasses
handy. However, despite the size it's big on content and
will give you plenty of ideas for those times when you're
feeling a bit tender but still want to eat something
tasty.
The author states that "these recipes were based on
dietary restrictions prescribed by my
gastroenterologist."
During a flare up, when you may not feel like eating much
at all, these recipies might just make your restricted diet
a little more exciting helping you back on the road to
recovery faster.
